1. Can an officer who is not under the Federal Training Fund (Hadiah Latihan Persekutuan) apply for Quantitative Analysis course?

No. The Quantitative Analysis (QA) Course is only for the recipients of the Federal Training Fund.


2. How do I apply to attend the Diploma in Management Science and Master of Science in Management offered by INTAN?

Selection process is under the purview of the Human Capital Development Division, Public Service Department Malaysia.


3. What is Diploma in Public Management (DPA) course?

Diploma in Public Management is a mandatory course for newly appointed officials in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service as contained in Circular No.6, Year 1980. Selection process is under the purview of the Services Division, Public Service Department Malaysia.


4. What is the Advanced Leadership and Management Programme (ALMP)?

Advanced Leadership and Management Programme (ALMP) is a mandatory course for Jawatan Utama Sektor Awam (JUSA) officials in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service and other officials from various schemes of services. It is conducted by the Centre for Leadership Excellence, INTAN Main Campus Bukit Kiara. Further information are available at the ALMP link website at INTAN's Portal www.intanbk.intan.my.


5. What is EPSA?

EPSA (Public Sector E-Learning) is an on-line training programme for civil servants that encourage training anytime and anywhere. Civil servants who complete their training on EPSA will be awarded INTAN course certificate in accordance with conditions stipulated. 6. What is ISAC assessment?

ISAC assessment is conducted to evaluate the level of understanding and skills in information and communication technology (ICT) among public sector personnel.


7. Who sits for ISAC assessment?

i- Individual
Consists of Administrative Assistant (Secretary) and Customer Service Officer Grade N17 in which ISAC is a prerequisites for confirmation of their service.

ii- Groups
Consists of groups selected by the respective Ministry/Department/Agency by request.
