Starting from August 2012, changes of bank account for pensioners/ derivative pension recipient are allowed once per year. Every application must be done with providing the letter of Permohonan Pertukaran Akaun Bank just like in http://www.jpapencen.gov.my/penukaran_akaun.html Once the form was completed, it can be mail to this address:;-

Pension payment through A scheme is payment of monthly pension directly credited to pensioner’s / pension recipient’s bank account whereas those who receive pension through B scheme have to go to bank monthly and signing the pension claim form so that the pension will be credited to their account. Scheme B usually is for pensioners who were weak and disable child who receive derivative pension.
If pension was not claimed for 6 months or more for those under B scheme, payment of those pensions will be expired ant the payment for the next pension will be halted.
It can be done by approving an appointment of representative by Post-Service Division. Appointment of representative is given for disabled pensioners who have joint account. Representative must be the other party in the joint account.
Application can be made by filling in JPA.BP.SKP.B08 form – Permohonan Perlantikan Wakil Skim A and attach also one copy of the representative’s identity card.
