  1. Enhancing the quality of human resource management through public sector research and planning
  2. Strengthening the function of Public Service Department in managing human resource policies through macro planning and research
  3. Strengthening the role of Public Service Department through coordination of public sector human resource policies
  1. Conducts researches, impact studies and evaluation of human resource management policies
  2. Plans the needs and macro projection of public sector human resourcesr
  3. Establishes strategic collaborations with local and international public organizations in the areas of human resource management
  4. Coordinates JPA’s comments/feedback for cabinet meetings, key government meetings, parliamentary sessions and international organisations
  5. Provides secretarial services for top management meetings, special meetings, and JPA’s strategic planning meetingss
  6. Coordinates the implementation of the performance assessment for the Public Service Top Management Officers (PPTPA) Tier 1
  1. Plans and manages the Public Service Human Resource Strategic Plan (PSSM)
  2. Coordinates the implementation of public policies entrusted to JPA
  3. Plans for the needs and macro projection of the public sector human resources [Public Service Human Resources Plan] (PTM)
  4. Plans and develops continuous improvement initiatives for the Public Sector Human Resources (PBSMSA)
  5. Plans and conducts researches on issues related to public sector human resource development
  1. Establishes strategic collaborations with local and international public organizations in the areas of human resource management
  2. Coordinates JPA’s comments/ feedback for cabinet meetings, key government meetings, parliamentary sessions and international organisations

  1. Manages office administration, human resources, asset, store and financial, as well as coordinates functions in the Division.
