Civil Service Examination System

The Civil Service Examination System provides facilities for Civil Servants to conduct examinations organised by the Public Service Department.

There are 3 main modules in this system:

  1. Application Module;
  2. Application Status Check Module; and
  3. Result Review Module.

     

    On the Online Public Service Examination System site (link at https://www.kompetensi.jpa.gov.my/peperiksaan/) some information is also provided which is necessary for examination application matters. Among the information that can be obtained are the following:

    1. Application Guidelines and Requirements;
    2. Examination Schedule for the current year; and
    3. Examination syllabus, including:
    4. Examination Syllabus for the purpose of In-Service Verification
    5. Examination Syllabus for the purpose of Promotion 
    6. Examination Syllabus for the purpose of Promotion By Appointment (PSL)
    7. Examination syllabus for the purpose of BITPS
