To consolidate all managerial matters relating to integrity under one specialised unit, in order for all initiatives engineered towards institutionalizing integrity, prevention, compliance, detection of misconduct and punitive actions can be implemented in a focused manner, efficient and achieved optimal success.


  1. Governance : to ensure the best of good governance;
  2. Integrity Enhancement : to ensure the process of culturing, institutionalizing and implementing integrity in the organization;
  3. Detection and Verification : to detect and verify complaints of crime and violation of code of conduct and ethics of the organization and to ensure appropriate action taken; and to report crime offences to the relevant enforcement agencies;
  4. Complaint Management : to receive and act upon all complaint or information of crimes and violation of code of conduct and ethics in the organization;
  5. Compliance : to ensure the compliance of laws and regulations in force; and
  6. Disciplinary : as a secretariat for the Ministry’s Disciplinary Board
