To develop a competitive and impartial remuneration system while maintaining harmonious relations between public sector employers and employees

To ensure a remuneration system that can attract, develop and retain employees in the public sector whilst maintaining the harmonious relationship between employers and employees.

 

  1. Formulates, implements and monitors the management of the government remuneration system (salary, allowance, and others).
  2. Formulates, implements, and monitors the regulation of the employer–employee relationship policies.
  3. Undertaking studies on matters relating to the remuneration policies.
