Civil Service Pledge

We, who have been appointed to serve the Government of Malaysia, hereby pledge that during and throughout our service with the Government, we will obey by practising the principles of service while performing our duties. For this, we:

• Are determined to improve the quality of service;
• Work with full responsibility;
• Strive to eliminate self-centredness;
• Serve with goodwill and courtesy;
• Work towards advancing people’s mindset and national development;
• Unite to eradicate weaknesses and nation’s enemies; and
• Obey the religious teachings.
