Procedures for Officers Subject To Criminal Proceedings
The procedure to be consulted if an official is accused in court of a criminal offense.
‘Convicted’ or 'Conviction’ means a finding by a court under any written law that the officer is guilty of a criminal offence.
'Criminal offence’ means any offence involving fraud or dishonesty or lewd conduct.
'Court’ means a court including Syariah Court, which has the competent jurisdiction to conduct a trial on a person for a criminal offence.
