Improvisation to the Annual Salary Increment Method Through The Minimum–Maximum Salary Schedule

1. Who is eligible to receive salary movement at a fixed rate of 3%?
2. Does the salary table in Appendix A and Appendix B in PP2/2015 change the effective salary schedules and Annual Increment Rates?
3. What are the terms and conditions for the salary movement at a fixed rate of 3%?
