i. Intensive Intervention Program for Average Performers (IIAP)

Description:

Enhancing practical and effective performance management skills to generate officers' capabilities in improving job performance. It also serves as an integrated approach based on management and psychology to implement performance interventions for assessed officers and supervisory development programs for supervisors.

Objectives:

a) Coaching For Managers Module

Supervisory skills based on coaching techniques; Managing the performance of supervised officers through coaching skills; Optimizing the potential of supervised officers with effective methods; and Performance assessment skills based on proper principles and methods.

b) Performance Driving Module

Skills of adjustment and adaptation through integration between self, supervisor, and organizational functions; Managing thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors within the organization; Self-management and interpersonal management skills; and Motivation for self-improvement towards enhancing job performance.

ii. Module Implementation of Public Service Work Culture (INSPIRAA)

The INSPIRAA module aims to rejuvenate civil servants in practicing the elements of Integrity, Promptness, Professionalism, Cleanliness, Efficiency, and Trustworthiness to ensure the continued relevance of public service delivery.

Objectives:

Instilling the elements of Cleanliness, Efficiency, Trustworthiness, Promptness, Professionalism & Integrity as the work culture of Civil Servants; Implementing the elements of Cleanliness, Efficiency, Trustworthiness, Promptness, Professionalism & Integrity as core values within civil servants; Encouraging civil servants to carry out their tasks as civil servants based on the core elements of INSPIRAA.

iii. Module on Public Servants' Work Culture Based on Psychological Approach (Consistent, Dedicated, Disciplined & Committed / OSEM)

Description:

The module for developing civil servants' behavior based on a psychological approach through the criteria of Consistency, Dedication, Discipline, and Commitment (OSEM) aims to reinforce civil servants in enhancing understanding, fostering appreciation, and cultivating the work culture of civil servants.

Objectives:

Enhancing civil servants' understanding of the consistent, dedicated, disciplined, and committed work culture behavior through a psychological approach; Assisting civil servants in appreciating the consistent, dedicated, disciplined, and committed work culture behavior in carrying out tasks and responsibilities; and Fostering a work culture based on consistent, dedicated, disciplined, and committed behavior within the organization.

iv. Module Gear Up Resist Mind Set (RESIST)

Description:

The Gear Up Resist Mindset (RESIST) module is one of the sub-modules under Integrity and Discipline that addresses how the power of the mind can transform individuals for the better and uphold pure values and usefulness to the organization. The emphasis of this module is to cultivate a resilient mindset against non-integrity behavior among civil servants. Three (3) theoretical approaches will serve as the foundation in preparing the mind to resist non-integrity behavior among civil servants, namely the Psychoanalytic theory touching on the concepts of Id, Ego, and Super Ego, Kohlberg's Moral Development theory related to stages of moral development, and Cognitive Behavioral theory which will serve as self-control and reinforcement to cognitive processes to produce positive behavior or practices.

Objectives:

Enhance understanding of the determination of an integrity mindset; Increase awareness of values and moral ethics for self-regulation; and Learn methods to manage the mind in controlling oneself to reject non-integrity behavior.
