  1. To enhance the quality of human resource management through research and human resource planning of the public sector
  2. To strengthen the function of PSD in managing human resource policies through research and macro policy planning.
  3. To strengthen the effectiveness of PSD through coordination of public sector human resource policies.
  1. Conducts researches, impact studies and evaluation of human resource management policies.
  2. Plans the needs and macro projection of public sector human resourcesr
  3. Establishes strategic collaborations with local and international public organisations in the areas of human resource management.
  4. Coordinates comments/feedback of PSD for cabinet meetings, key government meetings, parliamentary sessions and international organisations.
  5. Provides secretarial services for top management meetings (MPT), special meetings and PSD’s Strategic Planning Meetings.
  6. Coordinates the implementation of the performance assessment for the Public Service Top Management Officers (PPTPA) Tier 1
  1. Plans and manages the Public Service Human Resource Strategic Plan (PSSM)
  2. Coordinates the implementation of public policies entrusted to PSD.
  3. Plans for the needs and macro projection of the public sector human resources [Public Service Human Resource Plan] (PTM).
  4. Plans and develops continuous improvement initiatives for the public sector human resources (PMSMSA).
  5. Plans and conducts researches on issues related to public sector human resource development (KKIPSM).
  1. Establishes strategic collaborations with local and international public organizations in the areas of human resource management
  2. Coordinates comments/feedback of PSD for cabinet meetings, key government meetings, parliamentary sessions and international organisations.

  2. Prepares/coordinates inputs related to current policies.
  3. Coordinates and prepares documentation for KPPA programmes
  4. Plans and manages publications (Varia Ranah, MyINFO and Fraksi Kreasi newsletter)
  5. Coordinates the content for MyPPSM portal, PSD’s data sharing and high-impact programmes.
  1. Manages office administration, human resources, asset, store and financial, as well as coordinates functions in the Division.
