We promise to :
  1. Provide individual counselling services to federal public service members within three (3) working days from the date the application is received subject to the client’s consent.
  2. Offer sponsorships within 14 days after obtaining the Management approval
  3. Provide consultancy on organisational restructuring and personnel strengthening within four (4) weeks from the date the application is received.
  4. Ensure service matters - contract appointment, temporary transfer, secondment and permanent transfer, certification of promotion / disciplinary action (determined by the Chairman) - are resolved within one (1) month and acting appointments for Common-Users Services officers are implemented within two (2) months from the date the notification/advertisement is issued.
  5. Conduct national-level engagement sessions through National Joint Council (MBK) Meetings and jointly with the Public Sector Workers’ Association/Union Leadership once a year.
  6. Ensure that at least 80% of the courses/training conducted at INTAN have positive impacts on the participants based on an average rating score of 5.5 on a scale of 1–7 from their evaluation in ITIMs.
  7. Ensure that the availability of human resources information applications and the accuracy of civil servant data are at least at the 95% level and the availability of access to PSD portal is at least 97%.
  8. Ensure that at least 95% of the total claims and bills are paid within 7 days from the date the complete documents are received.
  9. Ensure that complete application files for Conferment of Pensionable Status (PTB) are processed and approved within 21 days of the date of receipt, subject to completion of at least three (3) years of reckonable service.
  10. Ensure that all the complaints received are given the Acknowledgement of Receipt within 1 working day and feedback within 7 working days.
