Quotations/tenders will be advertised at:

• eP website;
• PSD’s official portal;
• Notice boards; and
• Newspapers (for tender).

The advertisement will consist of the following information:

• The Department that calls for the quotation;
• Quotation title - qualification requirements for bidders;
• Registration Field/Class/Head; and
• The venue, date, and time to submit the quotation and the closing date.

Companies that are registered with the ePerolehan System will have access to the information and may participate in the quotations and tenders via the online method.
